When placing an order through our custom checkout, the following terms apply:

• Prices: All prices are displayed in EUR or DKK and include local VAT and excise duties where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Payment: Secure payments are processed via Stripe using credit cards or other local payment methods. Your card is charged immediately upon order approval.
• Order Confirmation: An automated order confirmation is sent to your email immediately. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of clear pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or delivery restrictions.

Our logistics flow is integrated with Shopify and Sendcloud to ensure safe transit:

• We ship orders using premium carrier partners (DPD, DHL, PostNord, etc.) depending on your country.
• A tracking link is automatically generated and sent to you once your parcel is packed and printed at Sendcloud.
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by custom clearance, weather conditions, or carrier exceptions.
• Damaged goods during transit must be reported with picture evidence to our support email within 48 hours of delivery.

According to European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason:

All designs, logos, text, graphic elements, images, and brand identifiers (including "Bangkok Rock", bottle label designs, and website code) are the exclusive intellectual property of Bangkok Rock Ltd. Any reproduction, reuse, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We make every effort to keep information on this website accurate. However, Bangkok Rock is not liable for minor typos, indirect damages, lost profits, or delivery delays resulting from third-party services (such as carriers or technical outages). Our total liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price of the ordered goods.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by European consumer protection regulations and Thai legal jurisdiction where applicable. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Recklinghausen, Germany, or Hua Hin, Thailand, depending on the seller entity involved.
